SEC. 3203. EMERGING MARKETS. Section
1542 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5622 note) is
amended in subsections (a) and (d)(1)(A)(i) by striking ‘‘2002’’ and inserting ‘‘2007’’.
