	Provide ideas on how to develop a set of Guidelines that will address the issues that have been raised by the diverse interests involved in the Panthers & Private Lands and Private Habitats projects.	Provide input on how the Private Habitat Conservation Lease can be refined and improved -- or provide suggestions for alternative types of agreements to carry out the project's objectives.	Provide contacts to help locate groups across the U.S. (and worldwide) who have similar interests and are working toward similar goals.
