1:    Use existing technologies as the basis for creating profitable “bio-cropping” and “waste-to-energy” systems that fulfill local needs and create products that can be sold worldwide.

2:     Investigate an array of bio-crops and cropping systems using alternate crop materials, production methods and harvesting techniques to find the best combinations for local conditions, and to maximize production within each cropping system.
